The middle of the last century was a turning point for the Morek town, ( situate in north of hamah city in syria ), the pistachios tree it first come into Morek town from Aleppo city in year 1940 ,these planting was a great adventure for the peasants in that time , because pistachio trees do not gave fruits but only after more than 17 years from planting it, therefor, the farmers began at that planting on several stages and a little numbers of trees.And in 1955 planted about /8000/ dunums from the aleppo pistachio trees in Morek town , but it remained with of a low production , and thatbecause of the lack of the necessary expertise to farmers at the time to deal with those trees.But in the 1970s has been planted a large areas of the town until became almost /40000/ dunums, and in that time , the farmers became have necessary expertness for that planting, of which making a largest production.In 1985 that town was become famous in the production of a large amounts of aleppo pistachios, this has encouraged of a rapid expansion of pistachio fields around Idleb and Hama localities is taking place ,and other regions in the country, but stay the (Morek town) is now represents the main pistachio growing area in the country. know that, the area of morek town is almost 68000 dunums, and the aleppo pistachio trees is grown in 55000 dunums in it. Consequently, Morek village it a first of the villages of the world it was specialized of planting the whole area by one agricultural type, and from there spread this planting and this experience to the neighboring villages.The morek commercial market (speciality at aleppo pistachio) since 1990 is best proof on the important marketing location (internally and externally) for that town. and because of the big competition on this planting, and importantly of more, the growing demand for Aleppo pistachios from Arab and European markets, and because I am from Morek town, I want to definition of all the world at that town and these planting, and because of the
